401K Alternative Plan (401KAP)

Companies can restore the opportunity for their key executives to defer significant amounts of pre-tax compensation with a 401K Alternative Plan (401KAP), a non-qualified deferred compensation program. A 401KAP has many of the features and benefits of a qualified 401(K) plan, but without the corresponding reporting, funding and non-discrimination testing requirements.
